Customer Service / Tech Support

Our Company is Upgrade to see actual info We are a supplier of printers. We are looking to hire someone for long term.

We are looking to add a new member to our superstar support team. 9am EST -6pm EST Monday - Friday

The main job requirements are:

* Answering customer phone calls and responding to enquiries
*Tech support for our printers and software
* Operating our website ‘live chat’
* Responding to customer emails
* Handling customer feedback and resolving issues that arise
* Reaching out for customer reviews

There could be further interesting and varied tasks.

Basic Requirements:

• Stable fast internet connection - minimum 100 Mbps download
• Working computer with 2 monitors
• Minimal to no power outage in the area


Skills required:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal English (C1 or 2)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Good phone and email skills
