A Barbizon Talent Director is a confident, energetic, sales-minded role model with a stylish and professional appearance. You will be working constantly to inspire and motivate young lives, while helping direct our talent towards careers in the entertainment industry. We are seeking a family-oriented candidate who understands the value of community and education in a young-person's life. The core of our performing arts programs focus on building confidence, self esteem, professional development, and life skills.

PREREQUISITES:
-FLUENT ENGLISH required
-Our Directors primarily work with female teen students (as well as their families)
-MUST be a role model for our students and their families!
-Experience in intangible sales (such as School Admissions, Membership & Social Services, Dance, Fitness, Timeshare, ) is a PLUS!
-Confident, high-energy top closer with stylish and professional appearance!
-Strong understanding of family dynamics.
-Effective communication skills for ZOOM interviews, as well as group presentations.
-Stable internet, computer with green screen / lighting / virtual background

TIME ZONE - EASTERN STANDARD TIME:
Wednesday - Friday 1:00 pm -8:30 pm
Saturday / Sunday - 10:45 am - 7:45pm
