Hi there! I’m hiring a full time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on administrative tasks and creating systems for the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

Organizing
Start with 20 hours then to 40 hours per week
