JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to work with our leadership team.
We are looking for a virtual executive assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and team while working remotely. This role will require you to work EST (New York Time) initially until we determine if the role can be more flexible on the schedule. The position will range from 20 hours beginning to 40 hours once you are fully trained.

Job Duties



Email
& calendar management
Act as the gatekeeper and assistant to the CEO, Business Manager, and Operations Manager.
Create presentations
Payroll Assistant
Invoice clients
Perform market research
Database building, entry, and updates
Recruiting for potential teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (source for office staff as needed)
Prepare & create operation procedures book & transcriptions
Generic online errands
Travel & event planning

Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with social media (Facebook /LinkedIn) and email marketing platforms (MailChimp)
Experience with MS Office
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Outlook or Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
