Influence the design and functionality of customer-facing websites and experiences,
empowering designers and account managers with the insights they need to make
well-informed decisions. You will work closely with account managers, project
managers, design and development tea
and long-term strategic direction for digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder discussions and help clients to translate business objectives
and identify KPIs and goals for digital experiences
Work with the account management team to develop clear vision of the projects
and lead a sophisticated approach to forward-thinking design workshops with
the internal team and clients
Create and execute a variety of testing through card sorts, tree tests, etc.
Collect and organize requirements and be able to interpret into strategic
direction to guide design and development in the form of sitemaps, wireframes,
etc.
Create functional requirement documentation for internal and client review
Responsible for creating strategic sitemaps, wireframes, content outlines and/or
prototypes based on client goals to inform website design and development
Skilled in user and customer journey mapping, content mapping and information
architecture best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a UX Strategist, or a similar role; agency experience
mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in design, computer studies, or similar.
Understanding of current and emerging trends in digital user experience
strategy and design
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with designers,
account managers and project managers for the implementation of strategic
work
Strong verbal and visual communication, written communication, interpersonal
and presentation skills
Experience with Figma or a similar design tool
Experience with variety of research resources and methodologies
Comfortable working in fast paced organization
