We are a group of technology masters based in Miami, Florida, USA. Our company is expanding and we need a full time Tier 2 tech support that can help us. Continue reading to see the exact skills we are in search of.


JOB DETAILS:

Company Name: Effective Consulting, LLC.
Position: Tier 3 Client Support
Hours: 40+ Hours per week. Ideal candidate is already adjusted to graveyard shift.
Length of Employment: This is for a long-term position, hopefully for many years!
Salary: 100,000 PHP or MORE per month!
Location: Remote, work from home with your own work setup (not provided by us.)



TECHNICAL SKILLS:

The key skills you need to have are:

· At least 4 years of tech support & systems administration work experience, since this is not an entry-level position.
· Knows Windows desktop procedures well – repairing Windows issues, removing malware, network & printer issues, browser issues.
· Good familiarity with general web app and desktop app support – MS Office Suite (Outlook especially), email troubleshooting, VoIP app, Quickbooks, or similar.
· Understands well the core fundamentals of how things work, and is able to apply that to come up with smart solutions to uncommon problems.
· Basic Certifications: CompTIA A+ expected (or plenty of similar desktop support experience)
· Other certifications are helpful but not required, like CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCT/CCNA, Office 365 administration, basic Microsoft Windows server administration, basic Azure or AWS administration, etc.
· Good English

General qualities we need are as follows:

· Passionate about technology & constantly practicing and learning on your own.
· Motivated to grow in skillset, salary, etc.
· Interested in technical and non-technical training as well.
· Reliable computer, internet connection (later we could pay for a 2nd one as backup), and quiet/stable environment to work in.
· Written English must be clear and well-structured since we’re in a technical field and imprecision or sloppiness can make very bad things happen later.
· Verbal English does not have to be perfect, but should still be decent since there will be plenty of phone or video calls to review things that are too long or complicated to do by e-mail or messaging.
· We want to know what you need or want from us. We are interested in building a long-term business relationship with you, so feel free to tell us about anything you may need as we grow together.
