MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We are searching for an experienced Engineer to join our team as our Quality Control and Chief Estimator. We are a growing HVAC / PLUMBING Company. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in the construction industry!

We pay high performers and great problem solvers, Job starts at $800/mo USD after 90 Days with Excellent Performance, and you will get an increased rate. Other bonuses for hitting KPIs are available.

Required Experience
-Mechanical Engineer
-HVAC Experience is required
-2 Years of Experience working in the construction Industry
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Experience reviewing commercial bids, and producing drawings and estimates for bids.
-Commercial Project Management
- Can create POs
- Knowledge of Quickbooks IS A PLUS!
- Google sheet/Spreadsheet/Excell
- Tech Savvy
- Can confidently converse with foreign people

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the following:

-Follow Checklists and Make sure all Materials are in stock for jobs scheduled
-Order Equipment / Parts required for Jobs the next day.
-Verify Inventory Received from PO with Technicians via Google Meets or Zoom.
-Verify Job Type based on Scope of Project and Assign in CRM System.
-Verify Job Photos are complete according to Checklist.
-Order any additional parts needed and schedule follow-up visits.
-Manage Field Technician's Calendar
-Audit all calls that ran that day and complete the checklist.
-Verifies work hours for employees at specific Jobs
-Communicate with Field Staff and Customer Service Staff


Required Hours
9 AM - 6 PM EST (8 hours work w/1 hour break)
