JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
The Virtual Administrative Assistant will support the initiatives of the organization through research, organizing databases, and data entry support. This role is attached to all of the main objectives to implement a strong marketing strategy, improve sales performance, learn new trends, and develop products. This role reports directly to the Founder/ CEO and will be able to lean to them for support.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Create a calendar of weekly events the founder can attend to network and grow the company.
-Create a list of speakers and companies that will be at upcoming conferences to use as a networking guide.
-Apply for supplier diversity programs using the company’s information and track the progress in a spreadsheet.
-Create a list of learning programs, grants, or pitches to apply to.
-Create a list of popular training/ eLearning / tech publications with information about the process and cost to advertise on their website or newsletter.
-Build a database of videographers in different regions, potential instructors to work with for our leadership development courses, and Peer space locations to use for the video recording
-Research and build a database of online course marketplace documenting their partner network process, cost, and policies.
-Research certification programs to make the online courses accredited courses, the process to certify a course, cost, and restrictions.
-Conduct a competitive and comparative analysis of low-code platforms to use for our content delivery platform/ LMS.
-Other ad hoc activities that may arise and are aligned with the listed objectives above.

Required Skills/Abilities:
-Strong organization and time management.
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
-Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
-Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Adapt quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs
-Work independently as well as collaboratively
-Proficient in Google Suite and project management tools.
-Willingness to learn new tools easily

Education and Experience:
-Three (3) or more years of experience in administrative assistance and/or a Bachelor’s degree
