Social Media Manager / Content Creator

1. Create beautiful written, video, and photo content from the files that I give you. These files will be typically unedited video clips, still photos, or short blog posts that will need to be fleshed out and improved.

2. Manage the publication of long and short-form written content such as substack posts, Twitter threads, and Twitter statuses.

3. Organize upcoming social media posts to generate effective engagement and reach.

4. Identify Collaboration opportunities with other creators in the form of twitter spaces, Instagram live interviews, or podcast appearances.

5. Assist with the publication of a course on Airbnb Short-Term Rentals/Real Estate Investing and other courses.

6. Collaborate with publishers such as Forbes, INC, and Business Insider to get high-quality SEO-rich articles written to promote awareness.

There's a lot of work to be done - this is a long-term role. If you have experience with any of the topics above - please mention it in your response. I have a website, social media accounts, and a library of posts and videos so we can start immediately.
