Web Designer & Webflow Expert

Hey there!!
I need someone to work with me and my (Canadian) digital agency on client projects that involve Wordpress or Webflow.
Ideally someone who specializes in either Wordpress, Webflow or both.
I also have technical expertise so we will understand each other :)

Requirements:

- Previous Web Design / Full stack, willing to work with minimal training
- Confident on face-to-face Zoom calls
- Dedicated internet connection
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1+ years’ proven successful experience
- Flex Availability and working hours - you can work on projects in your timezone.
- Your own computer setup
- Any Bank Account under your own name
- Slack communication as needed

Webflow Competencies:

- Designing Webflow sites from scratch using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe XD
- Development of websites using Webflow
- Managing Webflow CMS
- Understanding of UI/UX principles

Wordpress & Technical Qualifications:

- Knowledge of mobile optimization and viewports
- PageSpeed and basic optimization experience
- Follow web standards, accessibility, and best practices
- Dropbox, GDrive, Slack and other tech stacks
- Elementor, Kadence Theme, Astra familiarity
- Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms
- Basic SEO with SEOPress
