Position Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the scrum and development team’s deliverables efficiently. You will take the lead in ensuring that Focus On Force follows scrum framework values and Agile practices and will mentor and motivate the members of the scrum team, facilitate scrum teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, and eliminate team roadblocks. You will also work closely with our outstanding team of product managers, product owners, SMEs, and other internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to help identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.


Responsibilities:

- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
- Facilitate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and other stakeholder meetings
- Understand Focus On Force’s platform and products and help identify areas that can be improved or further developed
- Gather requirements and define user acceptance criteria
- Work with the Scrum team and other teams within Focus On Force to groom and manage backlogs and new feature requests
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
- Resolve conflicts or issues that occur and remove impediments to progress
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and propagate this culture to other teams you work closely with

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, scenarios, user stories, gathering of requirements, defining user acceptance criteria, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
- Proven track record of managing and successfully completing digital product-related projects
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading the charge towards a common vision
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills
