Client Information
The first company is an Accountancy firm that has been in business for 30 years. They service clients all over Melbourne. Specialising in business tax, individual tax and advisory services.

The second company is a registered provider within the NDIS, which offers Plan Management services. Located in Australia, they service participants nationally. They are continuously growing in the highly competitive disability industry. Its mission is to ‘Assist Participants to lead their lives.’

Job Description
• Creating and editing content for social media platforms
• Writing engaging copy for social media platforms
• Writing or proofing engaging blog posts, email sequences, texts, and newsletters that ensure lead generation
• Posting to social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook
• Grow followers and generate leads through content
• Build email funnel that ensure lead generation
• Posting on LinkedIn to build an online presence, following all brands and agencies
• Use marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc)
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to the role

Must Haves
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous email marketing and social media management experience
• Experience in Canva and similar content/graphic design software or apps
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and can work within a timeframe and budget
• Has high initiative
• Marketing qualification or similar

Home Office Requirements

· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
