JOB OVERVIEW

Inbound customer service representative:

We are looking for an energetic, motivated and autonomous customer service representative to lead our inbound call centre.

About Us:

We are a renowned dental provider with 7 premium locations throughout Sydney and Canberra, offering a wide range of treatments from general dentistry to high-end cosmetic treatments for patients all over New South Wales.

Due to expansive growth and internal promotions we are looking for a highly motivated, organised and autonomous inbound customer service representative, who thrives in exciting and fast-paced environments. This role will be both challenging and rewarding for the right applicant, with potential for internal promotion and growth.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits:

*You must speak excellent English. Top-quality written and verbal communication skills are vital
*No background noise
*No kids
* Have previous call centre/customer service/sales experience for at least 3 years
* Have good, reliable, fast internet connection and computer
*Be able to work 9am - 6pm Australian Time
*Dental background and knowledge will be highly regarded, including an understanding of Dental4Windows software or other dental CRMs and typical dental treatment processes and time frames
*Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone and handling difficult conversations
*Highly adaptable and being able to think on your feet, dealing with unknown or first-time conversations confidently
*Familiar with Gmail and G Suite applications
*Previous experience in working with and overachieving set KPIs and targets
*A positive attitude and resilient mindset, while being able to solve novel problems quickly and effectively
*Highly organised, with excellent time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Able to take initiative and responsibility for outcomes

Although no two days are the same, a typical day in the life of our inbound customer service team includes:

*Providing exceptional customer service and outcomes for our patients over the phone
*Booking in new patient consultations and a wide array of other appointments
*Showing genuine care and empathy, and having a patient-first mentality
*Actively listening to patients and ensuring all their expectations are both met and exceeded
*Multi-tasking between different tasks from follow-ups, receiving inbound calls and speaking with leadership
*Inputting data in Google Sheets and Excel with complete accuracy
*Helping patients understand our points of difference and why we would be the best fit for them
*Comforting patients that have any concerns and complaints, and ensuring their concerns are heard and dealt with
*Having a founder mentality and delivering the best outcomes for the Upgrade to see actual infocluding offering suggestions to make processes more efficient, where our service can be improved and working with other departments consistently

Base salary is Php 50,000 plus commission.
