We have an opening for a position in one of our core departments: Mortgage Loan Submissions - Submissions Department.

But first, a little about our company. Lionsgate Financial Group is an independent brokerage with over 138 lenders on our list. We are an online brokerage servicing clients virtually. We rely on technology and accurate tracking. We specialize in sub-prime refinance brokering and we issue small personal loans internally. We provide full training and easy-to-follow systems. 24-hour support.

We are seeking a Problem Solver first and foremost. Structure strategic communication with clients to achieve closing objectives. Multitasking is a must and if you enjoy a fast pace environment, we are the right fit for you. Our team is diverse and ranges between continents.

Your primary duties include:

1. We receive 3 to 7 applications daily.
2. Review files, assess financial projects, and propose solutions to clients.
3. Maintain a daily target of submissions/approval for HIGH BONUSES.
4. Maintain engaged communications with clients via phone, Text, and email.
5. Track file progress and quickly adapt to changes.
6. Negotiate with lenders for terms, rates and conditions.


IMPORTANT: The position schedule is from 3 pm EST to 11 pm EST. This position also comes with a personal Upgrade to see actual infosired skills and Experiences:

1. 3+ years minimum of mortgage and loan experience.
2. 2+ Sales experience in the financial industry.
3. Basic Microsoft Office skills
4. Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
5. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
6. Applicants must be amenable to work on CAD shifts and holidays.
7. Amenable to work on night shifts.
