A fast-growing Virtual Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to Lead the creation, implementation, and facilitation of a Training Program across our Organization. A long-term position for someone seeking growth and purpose within an Organization.

RealOffers Cash, is an inbound/outbound marketing firm in the Real Estate Investment Industry. We make offers to Homeowners to purchase their properties directly from them, without the need for a Realtor. We offer many solutions and structure our deals to fit the best need of the Homeowner. We use multiple marketing channels to drive leads into our CRM to provide the Sales Team with Opportunities for Contacts, Conversations, Offers, and Contracts

The primary focus of this position is to develop and facilitate a Training Program for RealOffers Cash associates. You will be working with new and tenured Agents across the organization to onboard, teach, and refresh Agents product knowledge and Sales Processes to align with our best practices.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to grow with us. Successful candidates will possess a continuous improvement mindset and be comfortable in a dynamic company environment with changing market and organizational requirements. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and assume ownership for successfully completing this and other projects and duties.
This position will be responsible for taking the existing program and reshaping it from the ground up to create an automated onboarding and training program. A program that will give new Agents the confidence and skills needed to make an immediate impact to the bottom line. As well as, give existing Agents the refresher or new product/technique training needed to help them achieve their goals, earn more, and have greater impact to the team.
This position will participate in the design, development, delivery, and measurement of employee programs such as, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, product training, company policy, and processes, and performance improvement skills for professional development

Description:
• In charge of Training New hires in the Opener, FUS, and Closer Departments
• Build, enhance and deliver a new hire training program and a training program for existing Agents.
• Improve new-hire productivity through the development and execution of sales enablement programs and initiatives (new hire onboarding, skills up-leveling).
• Responsible for Updating, Creating or Collaborating to complete the Training Material Needed
• Responsible to create all training processes, including detailed schedules for onboarding and training.
• Evaluates effectiveness of programs and compiles reports on learner status and training program outcomes
• Monitor trainee attendance and participation; use tests and/or quizzes to measure trainees’ comprehension of class material
• Follow up with New hires at 30days, 60days, and 90day check-ins
• Transfer knowledge and create environments where individuals learn from one another by sharing best practices
• Work with HR for hiring/firing of any new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Participate in Daily And Weekly Sales Meetings
• Work with All departments and managers and QAs to achieve company goals and successfully train/onboard Agents.
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements
• Own good Computer with 8GB or RAM
• Have headset and webcam
• Have solid and good internet for communication
• Able to work with multi-media and lms software to create materials
• Must Be Excel Expert able to create reports and schedules
• Prior Experience with creating or running a Training Program is a PLUS
• Real Estate Experience is a plus
• Agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing demands/environment

Pay and Hours
This position will come with a base pay commensurate with experience. Also the ability to increase base pay upon successful implementation of the project with the company. This position is also rewarded with bonuses based on Performance and Company Revenue Goals.
Monday thru Friday, Full Time 9-6pm EST 40 payable hours per week.
