VA - kajabi, customer service and social media ads

Superstar VA to help run a business that uses Kajabi, email and forum support for members and helping run ads on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info.

About You:

* Preferably someone who has worked with Australian companies
* Fabulous English - both written and spoken
* Degree qualified
* Proven experience with Kajabi
* Great customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ads
* Ideally you would be free to work 4 hours a day Monday - Friday either from 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm AEST

Day to Day Activities

Tasks will vary, but some of what you will be doing include:
* Managing our events through Kajabi
* Updating details of customers
* Creating new products on Kajabi
* Editing video recordings and uploading
* Answering basic customer queries
* Maintaining our lead magnets and lead pages
* Other activities as required


About Me

* I am a marketing consultant. I run webinars, coaching and training online, and also a speaker face to face.
* I work from home around my children (while they are at school)
* I have been in business for 8 years and my main clients and the training that I focus on are lawyers, accountants and real estate agents.
