JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking HR Assistant who is up to the challenge of supporting a 100+ home based Virtual Assistants. Join our management team and be part of our mission to connect Filipino talent with American Business Clients.

This is a home-based, part-time job. You will be assisting a full time Senior HR Assistant who will be taking maternity leave during Q4 of 2022. You will work hand in hand with the senior assistant until she goes out on leave. Then act in her stead while she is on leave and then return to part time work once she returns to work full time. There is an opportunity that this position could end up being full time as well starting Q1 2023.

This job is based in the Philippines and requires the successful candidate to work day time hours in the Philippines and be physical located in the Philippines although 99% of the work will be done online.

Job Duties Include:
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and end of employment.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed on time.
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and personnel issues.
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
• Facilitate the preparation of Timekeeping and Payroll disbursement.
• Preparing and reporting of Statutory Benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig).
• May include the possibility to process paperwork in Pasig (where the business is registered).

Requirements:
• At least 2-years of experience as an HR Generalist or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Employee labor laws in the Philippines
• Reliable, Efficient and Trustworthy
• Good Problem-Solving Ability
• Excellent planning ang organizing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Result-oriented and good attention to details
