Customer Service - After Sales

We are currently looking for a reliable, dedicated, fast-learning and hard-working Sales & After Sales & Warranty teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to work in our call center.

Rate: 150php per hour after probationary period of 1 month

We are an Australian e-commerce operating through our own website.
We are very interested in a dedicated person that possesses the following skills:

* Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication) is a must!
* General customer service and admin skills or experience
* Must be a fast learner with the ability to multi-task
* Must have an experience processing claims, warranty
* Be able to handle confrontation
* Great email handling and data entry skills
* Requires little to no supervision
* Candidates with work experience relating to e=commerce is highly encourage to apply

We have a full time positions available, and following Australian time

We require that the candidate will have very reliable and fast internet access and Skype.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with great remuneration paid monthly.
