Brand Lab is a fast growing, INC5000 level consulting and advertising agency that helps small businesses and small business owners grow.

We are looking to add a few well organized and extremely detail-oriented assistants to our team to help us grow and get to the next level.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
If you are applying for this role, you have a proven track record of excellent performance in the areas of organization, responsibility, and accountability for outcomes. You will also be able to share several experiences where you've proactively taken on projects and executed them near perfection.

We are looking for people to work directly with our clients to answer their questions, provide them training resources, and support them while they are in our program. This person will be capable of maintaining a strong disposition as a leader, but will be responsible for providing an AMAZING client experience in doing so. This is done through listening with empathy and being the expert who helps our clients get the answers they need.

Requirements:

Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platform.
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar customer management software.
A go getter with a “can do” attitude.
A history of high performance and/or success.
Quick learner - have a "knack" for tech – able to figure out new systems and adapt on the go.
Expert level knowledge of Google applications, Asana and Slack.
Proficient knowledge of Go High Level.
Tremendous time management and organizational skills.
Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve on the fly.
Flexible to changing responsibilities and Upgrade to see actual infolf-starter - knows when to trust instincts and when to ask for help.
Problem solver - proactively and efficiently identifies creative solutions.
Trustworthy - must have impeccable discretion with access to sensitive company, customer, and personal information.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for two assistants, one fore each of the following time blocks:
6am - 2pm MST
2pm - 10pm MST
