We are in need of a Staffing Channel Manager who will oversee the recruitment process. You will work with the recruitment team to find and hire new employees, ensuring that they’re a good fit for the organization’s culture and values.
Duties and responsibilities are:
Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications
Recommending hiring decisions based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
Ensuring that all new staff members are provided with training and resources needed to be successful in their positions
Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
Qualifications:
An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Proven experience as a Staffing Manager or in a similar role
Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
Knowledgeable in using
Excellent computer skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage conflict
Education:
College degree with substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely related areas:
Psychology
Industrial Psychology
Human Resource Management
Business Management
