JOB OVERVIEW

Good Day,

We need a person who would work full time, Monday to Friday 8 to 5 Philippine time , Mainly for book keeping and accounts related duties. Aside from this you may be asked to do other admin and data related tasks.

We use 'Xero' Accounting software.

The applicant should be an enthusiastic Person who is loyal, who is composed and polite.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Outlook, word, Microsoft office tools.

The overview of the key duties will include, but is not limited to:

• Ensure accounts emails are actioned in a prompt and efficient manner including filing of emails in the correct folders.
• Arranging work and procurements.
• Follow ups on action items determined in the project outline.
• General administrative duties, including providing of quotes and producing invoices.
• Document control and Data entry.
• Working with Word formatting and Microsoft 365 Office business tools.
• Communicating with costumers.
• Other tasks as delegated by your direct manager.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Experience Microsoft 365 office tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Laptop and good internet connection.
