We have an opportunity for a new Xero bookkeeper to join us on a permanent Full-Time basis.

This is a highly dynamic role - it is only suitable for someone who prefers a high-paced environment and can effectively juggle multiple open jobs at a time.

Job tasks include:
- Preparation of Monthly Xero bookkeeping for our portfolio of clients, including reconciling balance sheet items (not just coding transactions)
- You will have a portfolio of about 15x clients and you must be able to manage your own workflow and deadlines
- Preparation of Quarterly BAS
- Fortnightly Payroll Processing
- Assistance with Xero set-ups

Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum 4x years Xero accounting/bookkeeping experience with Australian businesses
- Minimum experience of preparing and lodging at least 50x BAS
- You must have at least 1x years of experience using HUBDOC
- You must have at least 1x years of experience of processing Australian Payroll
- We have a lot of e-commerce clients that us Shopify so you must have at least 1x years of experience using A2X. You must understand how clearing accounts work for this A2X + Xero configuration
- Fluent in English and excellent written English skills

We are looking for someone who loves to learn. You will receive a great deal of training and support.

3. How many years of experience do you have processing Australian payroll?
4. Have you prepared annual Workcover Remunerations?

6. What experience do you have with setting up new Xero files (including importing bank transactions, setting up Bank rules and Chart of Accounts)?
