YouTube Video Editor

I am looking for a full-time YouTube Video Editor to work on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about YouTube, ready to learn more editing skills on the job, and is a strong communicator. We currently work in the Adobe suite, (Premiere Pro with After Effects for more advanced projects,) so experience with the Adobe suite is helpful. However we are open to working with other software as well if you are skilled enough with it.
