As a CRM Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all functions of our CRM system effectively work with all other applications and platforms. You will be collaborating closely with all departments and the development team to ensure that the efficiency, integration and operations of our CRM/ERP systems is continuously optimized and evolving.

Responsibilities

Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement of company’s systems and processes
Keep detailed documentation of all business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
Work with internal development team and department heads to design effective programming and software changes
Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency
Provide support for users by writing and maintaining user documentation/SOPs, providing user support and training
Frequently consulting with management to determine the needs of the system
Using techniques such as sampling, model building and structured analysis, along with accounting principles, to ensure the solutions are efficient and effective
Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system to validate performance
Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development team
Responsible for the development, implementation, and support of integrations between the CRM/ERP systems and other platforms (i.e. Salesforce)
Work with stakeholders to understand, align business needs for EDI processes and systems, implement, assist in onboarding partners and track improvements.
Analyze and troubleshoot problems and drive corrective actions to closure which may include testing and training
Create new end-user display layouts, dashboards, and applicable CRM reports
Provide basic day-to-day support to all users including, management and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT management, Computer Science or related field
3+ years of Previous hands-on experience with systems integration is required
Strong problem-solving and management skills
Experience working with ERP & financial systems
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Experience working with EDI Partners, ie: SPS Commerce
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in project management
Knowledge of structured language formats, APIs, and system integrations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Data visualization and data analysis experience is preferred - Visio
Proficiency in modern script and coding languages
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and still meet deadlines
Ability to interpret complex information and display useful output charts/graphs
Ability to professionally communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
High degree of time management and self-structure required
