We are an e-commerce company that serves Australia and are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to add to our growing company.

Currently, your role will be part-time 20 hours a week.

To best ensure your success, here are the qualifications we are looking for.

: Among Your Responsibilities

- Working alongside other staff
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Working directly within Shopify- adding products, processing orders, creating invoices
- Working with Excel- Doing product research analysis on competition
- Researching the products in detail
- Daily Skype text conversations
- Handling warranties
- Daily reports of shift


Minimum Requirements:

- Fluent English (Speaking and Writing)
- Excellent with Excel & Word
- a "go-getter-problem-solver" personality
- Positive, no excuse attitude
- A Team Player who can also work with minimum supervision
Advantage: Has worked from home for a min. of 6 months
- Worked for an e-commerce business
- Extreme amount of trust and loyalty
- Excellent communication skills and fun personality
- Part Time Availability - 4 hours a day, 5 days a week

- Experience using Shopify
- Experience using any image editing tool Workspace & Computer Requirements: A reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher - Screenshot of your Speed test and Computer specs - Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or higher - USB noise cancelling controlled headset - Quiet workspace Compensation,
