You need to have a passion for numbers.

We are looking for a team player who has a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience and QBO experience.

Excel experience is needed as well.

An understanding of how to post payroll and sales tax knowledge is appreciated.

95% of our clients are in QBO and we need you to know what you are doing!

You will be categorizing transactions, entering payroll, reconciling statements every month. Reviewing the file before the Accounts Manager reviews it for client meeting.

We use Click Up for task management so if you have experience with Click Up that is great.

Also, we are Profit First Professionals - so if you have read the book Profit First we would love that!

We are located in Florida, USA on Eastern Time.
