GC Property Holdings Limited based in the UK requires an out-of-hours call handler to respond to emergency maintenance and access-related calls from our tenants. You would need to diagnose the issue, contact the relevant maintenance contractor, and check the job is completed and report back to the UK-based Property Manager during normal business
The successful applicant would be required to be on call between the hours of 5 pm to 9 am UK time. Historically there have only been 1-3 calls per month during these hours.

Previous experience in handling residential property maintenance
You will be paid a fee of $50 per month for handling up to 3 calls and for resolving the issue. If there are any more call than this during a month you will paid an hourly rate.
