Google shopping suspended misrepresentation - help to identify and fix issues

We had a brand new google shopping account suspended for the following reason:
Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation
We are looking for someone with experience in fixing this issue for other clients.
We may have had a problem with our product feed, I am not sure as we are new to product feeds.
Our website is running on shopify and we are using the inbuilt plugins to run google shopping ads.
