Project Manager & VA

We are looking for a project manager to coordinate projects and create systems. We want to create timelines and organise tasks for staff so that project deadlines are met and that time is allocated to projects in the most efficient way.

MUST HAVE PERFECT ENGLISH & EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN MARKETING/DIGITAL MARKETING

We are a digital marketing agency with a variety of clients, so work will be ever changing! (a2bmedia.ie)


Your Role:
- Plan work weeks for staff
- Create project milestones and deadlines
- Schedule project meetings and client meetings
- Email clients
- Coordinate staff meetings

Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience in project management
- Proven success in a similar role
- Experience in digital marketing
- BA in project management, business management or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
