Experience working onboard a cruise ship is highly regarded.

We are in search of a hardworking, detail-oriented, and result-driven customer support specialist with Essential Functions:

Booking customers on cruise ship travel
Outstanding attention to detail with a motivated work ethic
Be able to work from home.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
You will be working alongside other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers Upgrade to see actual infocalate any critical issues or concerns to the Team Lead
Perform other duties as assigned and provide a professional and friendly service through chat and email.
Training will provide on the products we sell and support and the systems the company uses.

Requirements:
Fully equipped home office setup; high-speed laptop/desktop (preferably with 8GB RAM or higher), fibre internet. Back up mobile/cell 4G internet connection.

Exceptional written and spoken English
Demonstrate sound judgment and take the initiative in solving problems
Ability to analyse information, think through complex issues, and make critical decisions based on limited information

Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and computer skills
Enjoys working in a team

Available to work 40 hours per week
Shifts will comprise 8-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends between the hours of 5 am – 10 pm (Philippine Standard Time)

Full-time and long-term employment with 13 months' pay.
