Job Overview:
Omnicharge is an electronics manufacturing company. We design and engineer best-in-class power solutions, helping professionals everywhere stay powered.

We are looking for a Zendesk operation specialist/expert who will be responsible for owning and maintaining our Zendesk set up in order to help scale operations. We are looking for someone who can take care of customer support operations through the Zendesk ticketing system.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Zendesk views, workflows, triggers, macros, and automations.
- Create and update knowledge base articles.
- Training & Documentation
- Take charge of our Zendesk setup.
- Help improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics.
- Responding to customer inquiries with the highest quality possible through Zendesk.
- Work with the team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Required Skills
- Strong technical understanding. Should have past experience with hardware or tech support.
- Zendesk advanced administration experience.
- Proven ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Project Management Skills and organized Person.
- Strong team player with a service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
