Digital Agency Online Business Manager

We are looking for an Online Business Manager and growth consultant to help our Australian digital agency run smoothly (without the owner) and scale.

We currently use Clickup and require someone to help us improve systems, grow and build the home-based team in the Philippines.

We specialise in WordPress websites and SEO.

We currently have 3 web developers.

We would like to systemise and hire people to complete SEO tasks (currently the business owner manages it). In future we may also consider hiring a graphic designer and sales teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

We need someone to help diagnose and find the bottleneck within our business; review our current SOPS, find the right person to delegate tasks, and provide the team with training and support.

We will customise the role to suit the successful candidates strengths. Possible tasks may include:
