Valley Techlogic, Inc is looking to hire an experienced Technician to assist our Quality Assurance team in accomplishing our goals of monitoring and delivering consistent services to our clients. Valley Techlogic has been assisting businesses in California with their technology needs since 2004. We are a full-service technology provider and most of our clients entrust us with the entirety of their technological systems.

The Quality Assurance Technician will directly coordinate with the Quality Assurance Manager and existing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to monitor that our software solutions are installed and working appropriately on client devices. They will check on the status of client backups daily and send a detailed report to senior staff of any errors that are occurring.

As the Quality Assurance Technician becomes familiar with our software solutions, they will be trained on how to deploy the solution to client devices and coordinate with the logs created by our Data Entry Specialist to note these changes and updates.
The Quality Assurance Technician may also assist in patching client devices and experience with Windows devices will be considered a plus in the hiring process.

Other software solution experience including Huntress, ArcServe/Shadowcraft, Sentinel One and Cloud Radial will also be considered a plus but is not required to be considered for the position. Previous experience with backup software will be considered a plus (please note which software you have worked with in your application).

We are looking for someone who can be self-directed but Isn’t afraid to ask for help when needed. They should have experience troubleshooting technical issues. To be considered for the position, please describe 2-3 instances of troubleshooting technical issues in detail including the steps you took to resolve the issue and/or when you realized you needed to escalate the issue and how you came to that conclusion.

We are looking for a full-time technician but can offer flexible hours, although during the first few months of training we would prefer your time overlap with our existing technicians for training purposes (their hours are 7 AM Pacific Standard time to 4 PM Pacific Standard Time).

You will receive all Philippine national holidays and US national holidays off as well as one week of paid vacation per year. We are flexible with requested sick time. More details on time off will be provided in your contract after a one-week probationary period at the time of hiring. You will work Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off.
Pay is weekly and is paid in advance at the start of the week, moving to a monthly payment schedule after up to 90 days.
