General Summary
Mondial Software is a dynamic FinTech software company bringing to market a global financial reporting and compliance solution. Our cloud-based offering is based on a multi-company, multi-currency, multi-language platform, offering a unique environment for globally distributed companies with between 5 and 500 facilities, using any combination of local accounting systems.

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful digital marketing specialist to help expand our business and increase customer count in this fast growing market. Your main duties will focus on ensuring that we have a constant and accurate stream of target prospects to communicate with, helping us to reach the right contacts with the right companies so that we can move them into the sales cycle.

Your Primary Responsibilities
As a marketing professional, you will initially be responsible for many aspects of the company’s on-line lead generation campaigns including:
• Developing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to promote the company to prospects
• Placing and managing on-line ads aimed at target prospects and demographics
• Managing the company’s social media account presence
• Managing and administering the company website include posting of updated collateral
• Using Web Analytics to identify and record prospects visiting the company’s website
• Providing analytical reports and recommendations to management on all digital marketing
• Other marketing administration tasks and initiatives as required

Expected results and deliverables
• Meeting targets for the volume of inbound leads
• Growing Mondial’s pipeline of opportunities
• Helping to create increased brand awareness of Mondial in the marketplace
• Learning Mondial’s value proposition and positioning

Marketing Assistant Requirements
• Personal integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction,
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
• Self-driven, motivated and able to work independently and within a team,
• Successful track record of generating inbound leads using on-line tools,
• Experience in managing and optimizing commercial websites,
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or similar,
• Previous marketing experience in the accounting, FinTech, ERP sectors a big plus.
