Accountant for Healthcare Staffing

We are a fast growing Healthcare Staffing group of company based in the East Coast USA, and we are looking for an experienced Accountant who has the following experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow-up on AR with clients, ensure we get paid in Upgrade to see actual infomunicate receivables from clients via email and resolve open issues to get paid
2. Review 1099 payroll creating by other accountants for 250+ temp staff- weekly
3. Review invoices created by other accountants - weekly

Job Requirements (must have):
1. Experience with Payroll, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
2. At-least 1 year experience with Quickbooks on-line
3. One year experience with Invoicing using QuickBooks online
4. Minimum 6 months experience in doing Payroll for a USA based Staffing business
5. Minimum 1 year experience with Accounts Receivable
6. Good spoken and written english
7. Readiness to work in grave-yard shift ( 9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Nice to have experience/skills:
1. Creating Profit & Loss statements
2. Experience with eCommerce/Shopify online retail accounting
3. Experience with Paypal and other online payment gateways
4. Accounting for Credit Card payments and usage for business
5. CPA would be preferred, although if you have strong experience in Accounting that should work

The candidate we are looking for should preferably have an accounting degree with 2+ years in accounting for some US based Upgrade to see actual infotailed knowledge of QuickBooks online is a MUST.
