JOB OVERVIEW

What we’re looking for:
Someone who is a motivated, self-starter to join our team in the role of Senior Account & Project Manager in a full-time permanent Upgrade to see actual infote that this role will be a contractor employment agreement but follow all other employee benefits of 13 month pay and paid vacation due to the company being located in Canada. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our client and team’s success by planning, managing +executing projects from beginning to end, scheduling deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and carrying out other supervisory responsibilities.

This is a client-facing role and you will be responsible for leading presentations and meetings throughout the lifespan of the project or account (Mountain Standard time zone). In this position, you will lead, craft and contribute to a variety of strategic engagements that solve real problems and generate business results. The right candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role (senior level), with a marketing agency. They’re an expert in account management, project management, and have lots of experience in team leadership.

What this role looks like:
? One part account management and one part project management
? Account Management components:
? Aid in establishing project scope and budget
? Managing client expectations while communicating milestones and deliverables via email, phone and virtual meetings
? Support the development of marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media
? Evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness
? Presenting results and reporting to clients
? Contract review meetings w/ clients alongside the business development team
? Strategize content ideas and concepts with client & team where needed
? Project Management components:
? Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support our client’s objectives
? Establishing effective means of completion, tailored to each individual project needs
? Producing and maintaining project plans and communication documents
? Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones to internal teams
? Establishing and selecting resources and participants required to achieve project goals
? Ensuring proper financial management of the project alongside the finance team which includes approving contractor invoices
? Ensuring proper risk management alongside the operations team
? Review all marketing materials produced by all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers prior to submitting to a client
? Quality assurance - reviewing copywriting, creative, web design/development and other marketing implementation initiatives
? Report directly to BottomLine President, Lisa Genovese
? Weekly manager meeting to discuss the status of projects, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and anything else of importance
? Scope of work and contract reviews
? Proposal development & reviews in supporting the BD team
? Managing and leading teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
? Support hiring decisions and attend final interviews alongside HR
? Host quarterly and yearly meetings with direct reports (both internal employees and external contractors)
? Coach and mentor direct reports for optimal performance
? Conceptualize, support, and improve internal processes
? Develop process documentation (internal strategies, decks, handbooks, manuals)

Work Flexibility: BottomLine is a global company with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across different time zones. We offer flexibility and work-from-home options, where you will have the freedom of time and place to boost productivity. However, we require a minimum of 6 hours of overlap with our business hours (Mountain Time). While we start early here in North America and love the sound of birds chirping and a good sunrise, we mostly wake up before the sun because we work in multiple time zones. This ensures that we have strong team communication and the ability to meet over video conference when required.
