Virtual Assistant to provide internal support and assistance to ensure our team can maintain seamless member delivery, member success and achieve business goals. Ongoing support to the wider team to manage all aspects of member data, reporting, support and lead generation.
Working within a collaborative team, you will become the go-to point of contact for our members. You will be involved with delivery of projects, providing a member-focused service by understanding members needs and problem-solving, as well as all things administration!

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
Maintain and manage member data in ClickUp
Session notes, client correspondence and client calls to be filed appropriately on daily basis
Maintain central filing system for all internal recordings and data
Daily, weekly and monthly member reporting (group call attendance,
Managing business coaches notes and filing to respective member
Attend trainings and watch resources provided to ensure we’re always at the forefront of great member delivery innovation and ideas and then communicating these to the team for execution
Manage customer onboarding for all programs from start to finish
Communicate with management on all channels and platforms
Assist wider team with ongoing ad hoc tasks relating to lead generation and member success
Tracking new sales and manage sales log
Manage and update contact lists
Monitor incoming and overdue payments via Stripe
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
Superior english essential
Excellent written communication skills.
Prior demonstrated experience within an client centric role
Strong knowledge of Google Drive and Zoom
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively with people at different levels of hierarchy
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the capacity to learn new systems
Motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude
Helpful and supportive spirit. Problem solver.
Professional attitude and presentation.
Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.
Excellent organisational and administration skills.
