Amazon Executive Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking virtual assistant to help manage the daily operations of our US based-Amazon business.

You will be given a sample project that will take 30 mins to complete.
You will need to pass this before being taken on as a full time Upgrade to see actual infoerested candidates should have strong, stable internet, a laptop or desktop computer. They should also have prior experience with executive assistant work, data entry, or working as an Amazon virtual assistant. If you are hired, we will run you through all the tasks which you will be expected to accomplish each week. We will also train you to learn our internal processes that are specific to our business operation.

To give you an idea of the work you will do, here is a list of some of the tasks you will be doing regularly:

• Generating and looking for product Leads via Manual Research (you will be trained!)
• Managing our teams google calendar, scheduling meetings, setting up appointments
• Organizing our teams various email inboxes daily
• Using KEEPA Software to analyze Amazon products
• Performing extensive data entry from Amazon product listings
• Inventory Management/Tracking of inbound shipments, managing inventory levels
• Managing our business Upgrade to see actual info account
• Basic Amazon Product analysis
• Participate in weekly team video calls
• Prepare daily schedules for boss
• Prepare reports of tasks completed for the day

Work Hours: 40 hours Per week
Pay level: $2.25 an hour
