Join Our Growing Team! Our family is growing. We are in need of an Operations Manager Assistant for a property management company based in Massachusetts, USA.

Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
a. Assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operations.
b. Team Management: Handling teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and supervision.
c. Create Formal/Business Letters
d. Special Projects
e. Assist in Hiring and Training Employees.
f. Assist in Creating Company SOPs.
g. Conducts Performance Reviews for Employees.
h. Assist the Operations Manager with the sales team to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
i. Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working on a Graveyard shift
- At least 6 months of experience as a VA.
- Working PC and at least 25 Mbps internet speed.
- Experience with working for Property Management in the USA.
- Flexible with the given tasks.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Speaks Fluent English and Excellent Written English Grammar Composition.
- Experience in Technical Writing (Formal Letters, Reports).
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
- Ability to communicate with others effectively
- Friendly and Polite.
- Honest, Reliable, and Optimistic.

Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM (EST)
