Executive Virtual Assistant Needed

INTRO: We are looking for a rockstar assistant to help with several different jobs within our e-commerce business.

The job will include, but is not limited to:
• Keeping the Amazon seller account in order
• Performing regular checks to maintain account health
• Providing customer support and responding to emails promptly
• Monitoring customer reviews and ratings
• Liaising with Amazon seller support over account issues
• Creating and updating product listings
• Organising electronic files and emails
• Creating spreadsheets & data entry
• Minor bookkeeping
• Tracking sales metrics and generating reports as required
• Keeping track of inventory levels
• Engaging influencers/users on Instagram, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook
• Liaising with freelancers as needed to book jobs and chasing outstanding work
• Other admin jobs relevant to the business

You will be using lots of different software so confidence with IT and spreadsheets is essential.
Attention to detail and use of initiative are also essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure at times.
Fluent English (speaking and writing) is also essential.

The job will start part-time (20 hours) for 2-3 months while you receive training.
Once you are fully trained and are confidently working on your own it will become a full-time position.
We are looking to hire starting at $3/hour. We will increase pay with experience and good performance.

ABOUT US:
We are an ecommerce company that has been selling on Amazon for over a year.
We sell physical products: clothing and footwear. We are looking to grow very fast over the next few months.

You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time, great power supply and reliable, fast laptop/computer.
You speak and write amazing English. You don't mind working just a little bit on the weekends.

THE BEST CANDIDATE:
- Fantastic English (speaking and writing)
- Experience with Amazon FBA
- Expert with IT/software
- Experience of Instagram, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info
- Expert in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets
- Great researcher
- Team player
- Self motivated
