About the Client:

Our client based in Canada is a hybrid distribution agency for consumer-packaged goods. They fulfill online and offline distribution, as well as direct warehouse fulfillment for specialty, health, wellness, beauty and personal care categories is currently. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Outbound Sales and Salesforce Admin.

About the Role:

This is a sales role involved in both upselling and sales data entry.

Talk to key account managers and go over account’s updates
Enter and organize data into Salesforce
Cleanse and update older data/information in Salesforce
Train new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when they come into Salesforce
Call a list of stores and build trust and rapport with owners or key contacts
Understand target clients and make compelling pitches over the phone
Conduct follow-up and upselling calls with target clients
Develop and maintain business relationships
Document related processes and procedures
Join weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
Ad hoc admin tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant or equivalent experience
Strong English speaker with sales outbound calling experience
Has Salesforce/CRM data entry and management background
Passionate about sales and is self-motivated and driven
Understands how to pitch and upsell products
Results-oriented
Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact
Well-versed with Salesforce.
