Google & Facebook Ads Marketer

We are a growing digital agency looking to add amazing talent to our team. We primarily focus on Home Services Niche i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Landscape, Etc…

Our customers rely heavily on conversions via phone calls, web forms, and chat leads. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, writing/creating ads, ad extensions, and ongoing management of paid ad campaigns. You are expected to have a base knowledge of traditional and any ”new'' marketing practices that Google or Facebook continues to roll out, i.e responsive ads, audience targeting, etc... The ideal candidate will create compelling, conversion-driven ads, with an ongoing curiosity on how to better optimize existing campaigns for optimal performance. This candidate will also be willing to adapt to the ongoing dynamic digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities •
Keyword research, budget setup, media plan, and targeting are necessary to set the campaign on the right track.
Learn and develop a mastery of all search engine marketing elements
Become a specialist with the tools and resources at your finger-tips to provide results-driven digital marketing campaigns
Focus on Driving leads and conversions for our client's campaigns
Develop extensive, effective keyword lists and implement keyword strategies to drive leads
Provide in-depth analysis of results and ongoing optimizations
Perform weekly audits of your designated accounts
Apply and monitor Split testing for ad copies as well as keyword implementation when needed.
Maintain a well-versed understanding of industry trends and research industry-related media

Qualifications:
* AdWords Certified
* Google Analytics experience is a plus, but not required
* Detail-oriented
* Passion for producing results & meeting or exceeding campaign benchmarks
* A great attitude & self-motivating

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9pm– 6am Philippine time (no exceptions)
