JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with Zoho Books experience who can do reports Upgrade to see actual infosh Flows, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet and Financial Analysis.

We are looking to hire someone immediately that is a clear communicator in English, says what they intend to do and does what they say they will get done and by when. This person will be an expert in English, accounting practices, Zoho Books and can do multi-task skills. This person will take initiative and reach out to us for questions and next steps rather than requiring us to delegate every step of the process.

This person should have experience in bookkeeping for retail sales organization and understand Estimate to Sales order to PO/Invoice process with receiving payments and guide us on how to improve the process and still deliver on the accounting visibility we need to establish.

While this person is a member of our team, we need someone who does not require training in what we need to get done. We are looking to this person to own the bookkeeping for two separate businesses and are ready to hire as soon as we identify the right candidate.

If you do not have great English, comfortable using Zoho Suite of tools and are not an expert in Zoho Books, please do not apply for this position; it will not be a good fit.
