We are looking for an Accounting/Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant!

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be meticulous and precise in doing tasks
• Must be well-focused and with great attention to details
• With strong time management skills with an exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• With at least 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience.

The tasks listed below must be undertaken by the selected candidate.

• Update banking, credit card, and other activity on Quickbooks online weekly
• Performing full cycle accounting for each of our clients' books on a monthly basis
• Communicating effectively with our internal accounting team and management

Must have recent full 8-hour graveyard shift experience working from home within the last 6 months.
