Transaction Closing Coordinator - Real Estate

Real Estate Transaction Management from Contract to Close **Experience Required**
Preference given to those who hold a TC Certificate

#1. Must be proficient in the following programs (non-negotiable):
- Excel
- SISU
- SkySlope

Must have:
- Strong Internet Connection
- Headset
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour break); must be able to answer messages within 2min except during break (this is imperative)

#2. Other beneficial skills:
- Strong English Skills and immense attention to detail
- Headset for phone communication as needed
- Work well on a team and Willingness to learn quickly
- CINC; Commissions Inc.
- C/S or S/C DISC personality
