AMAZING Graphic Illustrator & Typography Artist!

Outdoor Engagement Co is seeking a talented, motivated, and committed graphic artist that has the skills to create quality merchandise designs using hand-drawn illustrations, typography, custom lettering, and more!

We specialize in T-shirts, but also create cellular phone cases, bags, sweatshirts, posters, and infographics.

We are specifically looking for a creative graphic designer who is comfortable with a wide range of niches:

Animals (recreating realistic fish from photographs, cute animals for children, etc)
Text-based designs (bubble lettering, font matching, creating shadows, texture, accents)
Infographics (text/graphics in a neat and educational layout)
Kids (birthdays, parties, toys, cute, colorful, etc)
Halloween & Popular Holidays
Hobbies & Occupations

REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
*Must have a reliable Internet connection.
*Must be able to use Google Docs and use Paypal for payment.
*Must have a clear understanding of copyright & trademark law in the United States- no copy cats, or illegal use of artwork.
*Must have at least 4 years of experience in graphic design, including hand-drawn illustrations, fonts, design layout, color selection, blending, masking, etc.
*Must have experience with graphic file formats (JPEG, PNG), product mockups, dimension ratios, resizing, and file compression.

The preferred candidate will be able to create 100% original designs from instructions, examples, and sometimes little direction (are you a self-starter?)

The preferred candidate will be creative, capable of working quickly without excuses and is highly motivated.

The preferred candidate will also be capable of product research and inspiration from places like Pinterest, Etsy, Amazon, Youtube, Redbubble, etc.

The preferred candidate reads instructions thoroughly, follows directions, learns quickly, and will apply with the subject "Indiana Jones" in their application subject line.

This is a fast-paced, professional working environment with the potential for pay increases and annual bonuses. If you provide great work, you will receive great rewards. We have graphic designers that have been on our team for over 3 years!

All designs will be reverse image searched- if anything is a copy or duplicate or fraudulent in any way, our contract will be terminated without pay and your profile will be reported to Online Upgrade to see actual info and PayPal. Zero tolerance for un-original work!
