Facilities Coordinator

We're recruiting for an experienced 'Facilities Co-ordinator' to join our in-house facilities team.



Buy It Direct (BID) is a fast-paced entrepreneurial E-com retail business, we're growing rapidly.



You will report to the Buildings and Facilities Manager with responsibility for the coordination of planned and emergency maintenance across our sites in addition to supporting the wider team with facilities-based admin.



Previous experience of working within a facilities/maintenance position is essential. You must have excellent planning and co-ordination skills as you’ll be dealing with a wide range of duties from liaising with contractors to managing compliance documentation and monitoring jobs through to completion, allowing you to work in a varied and diverse role.
