Hey there! We are looking for an experienced and competent Administrative Assistant with strong project management skills for Jenny Poff.
First, a little about the business.... Jenny is a marketing genius who brings clients results not only with her marketing strategy, but also with her high-end design work. Her business has multiple moving pieces and she’s looking to expand even further in the future. She would love to find a dedicated right hand assistant to join her on her growth journey.

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working administrative assistant who can assist her in the day to day tasks required to run her business. Ideally, the candidate would be detail oriented, have a love for high end design and also love to organize/manage

Responsibilities:
We need a self-starter, goal-driven and detail oriented VA who is able to take charge and complete the following tasks with minimal supervision:
*General administrative works - calendar management,
*Social Media tasks
*Strong organizational skills
* Helping keep track of project, deliverables and inventory
*Basic design skills
*Ability to assist with other marketing activities as needed
Requirements:

*Can work well under pressure
*Has a very good understanding and strategy when faced during difficult situations
*Can communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
