Voice Appointment Setter/General VA

Company Overview:
We are a growing medical resell company based in Phoenix AZ. We buy diabetic medical supplies for low and sell them for high to different wholesalers across the USA.
Job description:
•Answer incoming phone calls and text messages
•Schedule appointments
•Data entry
•Miscellaneous work

Shift:
Full time workers: 40 hours a week
Part time workers: 30 hours a week
Depending on your shift, hours will range between 8:00am-8:00pm, Monday-Saturday, Phoenix Arizona time

Pay:
To be discussed

Job Requirements:
EXCEPTIONAL English communications, both written and verbal

Must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we do
Willing to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:
Must have fast internet, along with a DESKTOP (no laptops permitted) that is able to run our software’s and applications smoothly
