Position: Customer Service Representative
Working hours: 7:00 AM PST -5:00 PM PST
Salary Range: 30,000 - 39,000 PHP (depending on the experience)
Type of employment: FULL-TIME

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to be part of our team as Customer Service Representatives.

Job Description
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Will call on established accounts and make them grow by calling on customers and offering categories that they are not currently buying.


Requirements:
- Great communication skills which include the following:
- Has a great and appealing voice.
- Has an energetic, fun, and honest tone of voice.
- Sound confident and motivated.
- Can build rapport with clients to maintain a long and positive business relationship.
- At least High school graduate.
- Well-organized
